How different Aprèsport products work?
HEAT CREAM
This cream absorbs quickly and gives a gentle sense of warmth to your muscles at first, but starts to heat up your muscles together with your movement, during training or workout session. Please use with caution and apply only small amount to feel comfortable with the heat.
We recommend to apply a thin layer of this cream before training, to enhance muscle warm-up. It can also be used for chronic pains, to enhance blood circulation.
Note: if you apply too much of the Heat Cream, you might feel too much heating and feel uncomfortable. Be aware and wash with soap or shower gel.
COOLING CREAM
This cream absorbs quickly and gives a sense of cooling for your muscles. This cream is best to apply after training, to relax and cool down muscles and joints. It can also be applied right after direct trauma to cool the pain point and help reduce inflammation.
We recommend to apply a thin layer and apply more once you feel comfortable.
DEEP RELIEF GEL
This is our most popular and most effective gel for pain relief after traumatic injury. Gel stays longer on skin, absorbs into soft tissue and acts long-term.
For acute traumas, it is best combined with Cooling Cream and applied after pain point is cooled down. For chronic pains we recommend to combine with Heat Cream. Please use every gel and cream separately, do not apply both at the same time.
For best result we recommend to apply Deep Relief Gel for bedtime.
DAMAGED SKIN OINTMENT
This ointment treats small damaged skin cracks, bruises, cuts. Apply on dry, non-bleeding, desinfected skin.
